How to Do It:

Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
Ask: “Is this energetically balanced for me?”
Observe your body’s movement:
Yes → You gently sway forward.
Neutral → You stay upright.
No → You sway backward.
Guidelines for Living in Alignment:
Aim for 80% “yes” items,
About 20% “neutral,”
And steer clear of “no” responses whenever possible.
