The Sway Test: A Simple Tool to Tap Into Your Intuition

Your body already knows what feels right—it just needs your attention. The sway test is a quick, powerful way to sense your body's energetic response to foods, objects, or even ideas.

How to Do It:

  1. Hold the item (or food) in your hands and bring it toward your solar plexus.

  2. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.

  3. Ask: “Is this energetically balanced for me?”

  4. Observe your body’s movement:

    • Yes → You gently sway forward.

    • Neutral → You stay upright.

    • No → You sway backward.

Guidelines for Living in Alignment:

  • Aim for 80% “yes” items,

  • About 20% “neutral,”

  • And steer clear of “no” responses whenever possible.

This practice isn't about following external rules—it’s about reclaiming your power by trusting your inner wisdom. You might second-guess yourself at first, but with practice, your intuitive clarity will grow.
